Lawyer, university professor, registered at OAB/PR 101.279 and OAB/MT 29.713A, member of the Real Estate and Urban Law Commission and of the Environment Commission of the OAB/MT, specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the Faculty of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul and in Public Law with Training for Teaching in Higher Education by Faculdade Damásio/SP. He integrated several law schools in different higher education institutions in the capital and countryside, such as: Univag - Centro Universitário; Unic - University of Cuiabá; Unirondon - Cândido Rondon University; and Faculty of Applied Legal and Social Sciences of Primavera do Leste. He is a monograph supervisor, having been a member and president of several examining boards. In the MBA Postgraduate Course in Tax and Business Management at the University of Cuiabá, he was also a professor and research advisor. It has contributions in extension courses and lectures. As a writer on human rights and religions, he has works on interreligiousness, having contributed as a speaker at an event held in line with the program of the World Ethics Foundation in Brazil, the Humanitas Institute of the University of Vale dos Sinos/RS and the World Ethics Foundation (Stiftung Weltethos, in German), whose objective is to promote intercultural, interreligious and interfaith dialogue, with the theme: World Religions and Global Ethics. Also noteworthy is his participation and collaboration as a representative of one of the host entities in the IV Visit of H. S. the Dalai Lama to Brazil.
